I just installed fedora core 3. Now i want to install the cisco vpnclient using the manual. When i run the installer (vpn_install) it proposes me a directory to install the binaries which is totally different from the one in the installation guide, the same occurs when it's asking me for the kernel headers (the program proposes me to take /lib/modules/2.6.9-1.667/build while the manual says this should be /usr/src/linux - the directory /usr/src is empty). I have tried it according to the manual and the program (both don't work). Can someone give me some usefull advice?

Yep - use the 4.0.4.B version, for one (4.0.1 won't compile with the newer kernels). Secondly, ignore what the "manual" says - just run the vpn_install script and use the default values.
