Performance-Problems with LSI Logic Megaraid SATA 150-6

Hello,

for 3 days now i'm trying to install FC3 on the following Hardware:

MSI K7N2 Delta2 (nForce2-Chipset, latest Bios)
Sempron 2200+
2x 256MB
LSI Logic Sata 150-6 (latest Bios)

Almost everything works wonderful... only the Write-Performance of the Raid is poor (not more then 5 mb/sec). The Problem does not appear when running Windows on the same Hardware (i tried it with W2k3-Server). So it seems to be a Linux-Driver-Problem.... :/

Installing 2.6.10 did not bring more Performance.

Is there anybody out there, who could help me with that Problem?
