Rating a Thread

When I find a good thread that I think many people would be interested in such as this one, I like to rate it to increase its visibility. What I've noticed is that rating a thread as good four star, makes it show up as excellent five star. I'm thinking this is a bug in vBulletin, but I'm not sure. Unfortunately, I can't re-rate it to try again, so it stays stuck as Excellent.

If one of the Administrators would take a look into this, I'd be ever so greatful.
