If the average MS computer user was the least bit informed, this should be the last straw:

Imagine, charging your customers to fix flaws in your own product. Nobody but Micro$oft could get away with that.

WTFH is that, how can you even consider charging your customers for that when it is quite obvious that despite te user clicking a "bad" link the OS allows for the malware to be installed to begin with? The nerve of Microsoft to even consider charging people, disgusting! I will stick with Lavasoft as they have an excellent free version available. Instead of Microsoft charging people for spyware protection why don' they focus their efforts on redesigning their OS to be secure and charge users for that?
