I have checked several of the links and the file size is 3.99G.

Well, the size didn't even display for a couple mirrors.

The important thing is that the md5sums check out. Run md5sum on it. The output should be identical to 2d8a20014af287bf8c6b29f2da031f98 FC2-i386-DVD.iso
from the official site (http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/2/i386/iso/MD5SUM).
