Regarding Upgrade from FC1 - 2

I'm considering the upgrade from version 1 to 2, however would like to ask if anyone has done this when the box is a dedicated server.

I run MailScanner, Frontpage Extensions, mrtg etc etc..

Will most of this have to be re-installed upon completion of upgrade?

I do not run a dedicated server, but any Fedora packages you installed can be upgraded no problem. When you add third party packages into the mix it makes dependencies more interesting, but at least Fedora should upgrade fine. For example, mrtg comes with Fedora.

What I'm trying to say is that you might have to upgrade some rpms but it probably won't be too bad.

ahh well, I booked the upgrade with our Network ops for this weekend, so suffice nothing comes up between now and then I'll find out for saturday arvo if it worked ;P
