made a rpm from the spec file on fedoranews.org and thunderbird 1.0 upgraded my .9 thunderbird just fine. everything working sweet. i did change the spec file so that the name is thunderbird 1.0 fc3. believe spec file has fc1 in filename fields. use the walkthrough on fedoranews and should be ok.

Im on a brand new install of FC3 with latest updates, i just followed the above guide to build a thunderbird 1.0 rpm but on running thunderbird i get this error and it doesnt load, any ideas?
/usr/lib/thunderbird/thunderbird-bin: error while loading shared libraries: libXp.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
aha found that installing compat-libstdc++ fixed it, however now thunderbird is in german lol !
