Hello,

I have been using Fedora Core 2 for quite some time without any major problem. However, I have just upgraded my system to an Athlon 64 processor and now I have a very strange problem: Whenever I try to start Mozilla the system completely freezes and the RESET button is the only way out. Everything else seems to be working. What can be the possible causes of this problem?

Maybe it needs to be upgraded to x86_64?

Backup your .mozilla directory in your home. Then try reinstalling mozilla: yum remove mozilla && yum install mozilla (The second command will only run if the first one exited without error.)

I am using the 32-bit version of Fedora. So the x86_64 version of Mozilla is not an option and the 32-bit version should work without any re-install.
