Hello to everybody,
I've an ACER Travelmate 8005 running on FC3 with the standard kernel 2.6.9-1.667. I'm not able to find the appropriate files in
/sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0
to change the speed of my Dothan Centrino processor. I've read from Jordi Cucurull's home page http://www.ccd.uab.es/~jordicj/linux/inspiron510m.php3
that it could be due to an incorrect status of the speedstep-centrino.c file. But:
1) I don't have that file
2) He says that with kernel 2.6.9 this issue is resolved, but i'm still having the same problem.
