Where is final TC1?

Yeah I'm subscribed to devel and there's nothing there. I looked on test-announce but not on test, but I see now they are waiting on karma for various things.

No. That's beta. I'm talking final. Like I said, it's on the schedule for yesterday, and it was mentioned at yesterday's FESCo meeting. So if it's changed, it'd be a big announcement on devel and yet there isn't. From what I can tell, it's just delayed and should appear soon.
