i've installed f16 gnome3 using flash drive. the icon fonts is very bad ...unreadable like this. http://www.freeimagehosting.net/d7wc8. how to solve this

The image in the link you gave is loading extremely slow. I suspect many will not have the patience to let it load completely. It is also too small to get a good look at what you are trying to illustrate.

Along with your forum account, you have access to albums into which you can upload images. That would be a better option in this case, I think. Simply go to your user control panel, find the pictures and albums option and follow the instructions to set up your albums and upload the screenshot.

I think this is a problem with graphics card. Do you have a computer with an external graphics card? I had a similar problem with nouveau driver for a nVidia card on a computer. nVidia driver installation did wonders :)

You could also install one of the many themes available or change the default font using gnome-tweak-tool?

i've installing gnome-tweak-tool.the problem is icons fonts unreadable.i've upload some of my screenshots in my albums.
glxinfo | grep render
direct rendering: Yes
OpenGL renderer string: Gallium 0.4 on ATI RS600
GL_NV_conditional_render, GL_ARB_draw_elements_base_vertex,
is it ok about my grapic card

Make those screen shots about three times that big so people can see the details.
