View Full Version : [SOLVED] Use of fedora logo and name in a multiboot DVD

I'm planning to sell DVDs which will have multiple GNU/Linux distributions in a multiboot setup. In order to make fedora boot alongside other distributions, I will have to modify the ISO image distributed by fedora (eg extract it, use a custom boot loader configuration, etc.). I will not be adding or removing any packages or otherwise include any non-free software on the DVD.
I'd like to know if I can use fedora logo and name as is when referring to fedora distribution on the DVD?
I appreciate any help/pointers.
Cheers,
bob

You'd need to go to the FedoraProject site (link above) and check their Legal (http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Legal:Main) information for your answer. We're an independent Forum and cannot give you a complete or accurate answer.

Just mentioning it here for benefit of others.
