 how can i resolve it???

197 0xC5 Current Pending Sector Count
Lower
Count of "unstable" sectors (waiting to be remapped, because of read errors). If an unstable sector is subsequently read successfully, this value is decreased and the sector is not remapped. Read errors on a sector will not remap the sector (since it might be readable later); instead, the drive firmware remembers that the sector needs to be remapped, and remaps it the next time it's written.[25]

Try a full format or something like shred, those might fix the smart error indicators.
Of course the best fix is a new HDD.

Those are the pending bad sectors. They have not actually been marked as bad, but can be.

My suggestion is this:

First.. Back up any data on that drive that you wish to keep!

Then get you a good drive scan utility that will go in and scan the entire drive looking for errors. I have used HDAT2 and Spinrite in the past both with good results.

With HDAT2, you should do a complete read/write/read/verify scan of the entire drive. If the sectors aren't bad, it can reset the pending flag on a successful read/write operation.

It is possible that your drive is really going bad, though, and anything you do to it will only cause it to die faster.
