Hi,
I have a problem with my Fedora 16 machine and I don't know how to go about it.
The F16 machine is on a WIFI network, I also have a Mac laptop on the same wifi network. I noticed a problem while sshing to the F16 from the OSX laptop.
Note: Firewall is off, so is SE_Linux
A few pings show the issue:
Ping from OSX to F16 is flaky, with ping times varying a lot.
I get up to 2000ms for the replies, get a few Request timeout for icmp_seq messages.
The thing is that ping from F16 to OSX is fine, most ping around the 7ms mark. and no timeout.
I tried to ping google.com from the F16 and that's fine too.
In short:
ping from F16 to google.com: good
ping from F16 to OSX : good
print from OSX to F16 : bad.
Any ideas, or even pointers to thing to check?
