My printer doesn't work

My hp 845c printer is installed in FC3 but when send the command print to the printer it starts and simulate printing but the paper goes out blank and when i print using windows the printer does work very well
how can i solve this problem

Hi:

Had a similar problem a while back. Went to this site and followed the instructions to the T and it worked perfectly [it wasn't an 845 model but the same should apply].

And you can install them by going to System Setting >Add/Remove Apps >Printing

i was in fault
my colour cartidge was empty and the printer was configured to print with the colour one
so i simply change the settings to grey scale and to use the black cartidje thanks again
