I can boot Fedora-17-.09-x86_64-Live-desktop.iso.
I updated with Software Update ( 54 MB ) and installed to hard disk ( /dev/sdc11).
Seams running ok. No Alerts in SELinux Alert Browser.

Hmm at least on my device, i could not connect to my wifi using the lxde live media, the networkmanager didnt seem to work.
Neither worked the commands (ifconfig, wpa_*, dhclient) which 'always' were my last resort.

So my impression, F17 got the wifi-less bug that f16 has atm :(
Even worse, allthouth NM lists available spots, i get no NM-UI, unlike F16 where the NM-UI was accessable.

Cool, I had to boot into "Troubleshooting" option with Basic Graphics. ;)

Now, I am running my Beefy Miracle based systems. :D

I think updating anaconda only is enough to get the livecd to install.

su
yum update anaconda

Yup, update Anaconde only works.
However, it still crashes on btrfs, not on format, but on its selection.

Besides NetworkManager claims there's no session id for user, thus not able to connect wifi (wired works like a charm, though)... so far it runs well.

Yes that has been my experience.

Sounds about right since the some of the kernel modules for wi-fi that are 3.3 modules were backported to the F16 3.2 kernel.
