Proxy - non-proxy settings in Gnome 3 - F16

Hi,
I could not find how to specify hosts and networks that should not be accessed by proxy in the system wide proxy settings.

I don't understand why nobody has answered this question. Anyway, after some research I've found a almost satisfactory solution :

I still think that should be a easier way to set this configuration keys. The configuration editor does not work or I could not set the keys using it (shame on me or on the tool?). I still appreciate some help here. Thanks
