Questions about creating a Remix

Hi everybody !

First, please forgive me if my english is bad and/or my vocabulary is poor :)

I'm creating a remix, just for a funny experience, but I stuck with some big problems.

The main (but not the only one) issue I have is :

- I don't understand how I can copy files into the live folders, for example my own configs, like /etc/slim.conf or /usr/share/themes, or ~/.xinitrc

I've read the documentation (french and english) before posting here :)

Thanks for your answers, I think that I can handle the other issues but I'll post my questions if I can't solve them.
