Help with Fedora installer

I'm about to install Fedora (over my Mint installation).

I have 2 drives. One is mounted for storage and one is the boot and working one.

I'm finding the installer a little confusing. I selected the default option (Replace Existing Linux Systems). What does that mean? When I click Next, it shows me my currect setup with my 2 drives. The ticked options are the from my primary drive, Home, and Swap etc - as I originally set it up.

Is Fedora going to install the Swap and Home folders over those exact spots?

Probably. I'm assuming that when they say "replace existing Linux system", they mean everything. You'd be better just doing a custom format and selecting the drives & partitions you want formatted and the ones that you want to keep.
