View Full Version : Download problems in the UK?

I've made four attempts to download Fedora 16, and each time the connection was broken off. This morning I got just 1.5GB of the DVD from one mirror and 112MB of the CD from another. Both are responding to ping.
Is anyone else in the UK having problems, or should I be complaining to my ISP?

Hello David
I downloaded and verified the 64bit DVD of F16 yesterday morning just before mid-day.
If you are London then I'm not more that 60 miles radius away from you.
Have you tried restarting your router?

No issue here, try another mirror.

I spent some time in Esslingen, but it that UK accent was too much for me.

I've finally got a CD as a torrent. I suspect the mirrors automatically selected were a bit overwhelmed, although it's odd I seem to have been the only one affected.
