I was looking at that link, and they didn't seem to be including the option that just about all users now are using.

That is setting up a root user and a normal user.

They give you the option to set up a password for the root user, and skip the regular user... and option to create the regular user and skip setting up a password for root, but not an option to set up password fro root and create a regular user.

Me personally, I don't like sudo, and don't use sudo. I sign in as a regular user, but when I need to do anything as root, I drop to a console screen, and sign in as root (or open a terminal and use su (never sudo, though).

Looks to me like they are trying to be a ubuntu copycat with what they have in that link. :( (the sudo and no root password was one of the reasons I never liked ubuntu much)

Rest assured the ability to use sudo or not will still be present during the installation. The wiki page is outdated because Anaconda redesign has massively changed since then.

That "Game Over" screen reminds of way back in the days of the Infocom cheesy text adventure games. Hmmm.. mid 80's, if I remember correctly.
