Hi I'm using a reliance Net USB connection(INDIA). When i plug in the USB modem it's detected properly. The provider has given me the software through which I have to connect to internet. When I install the s/w installs properly but when I try to open the software I get the following message.
Failed to execute child process(No such file or directory)
/usr/local/bin/ztemtApp/bin/App
When tried to open via terminal I get following error message.
/lib/ld-linux.so.2: bad ELF interpreter: No such file or directory
/usr/bin/ztemtapp: line 4: /usr/local/bin/ztemtApp/bin/App: Success
I am using Fedora 15 64 bit version
The model of the usb modem is ZTE AC2737
Can somebody help me in solving this problem.
I'm a student and use Linux for my regular work. but because of this I've I'm using Windows. somebody help me

I think, when you insert your modem, it gets recognised, and a wizard prompts you to select the settings. Once you select it, the network manager applet will show you "Mobile Broadband" in the drop-down list. Click it, and you are connected.
Is this not the case? Why do you need to install the linux driver?!

I am not installing the driver but the S/W which they have given to access the internet. I tried using the default Linux connection manager but it is not connecting.

Did the wizard open as expected when you connect the dongle?

Yes It did open. I configured the connection and even in my network connections, It shows Reliance with full signal. I entered the user and password in the settings but it not connecting.
