make xfce desktop icons bigger

Hi im using Fedora 15 with XFCE and i would like to know how to make the desktop icons bigger.

In Gnome I can right click the desktop icon. A menu comes up containing the option to "resize icon". Any such thing in XFCE?

nope, there is not just opening,renaming,copy,cut etc...
