View Full Version : Install KDE 4.6.x on Fedora 15.

I was try install KDE 4.6.x on Fedora with default desktop environment is GNOME. But i can't enable it :(.

I trying desktopswitch, and edit /etc/sysconfig/desktop file :C. It doesn't work. How can i enable KDE 4.6.x :confused:

Did you log out and at the GDM login screen, it should have the option to choose which Desktop you want to use at the bottom. At least that is what I got when I installed KDE on the LXDE livecd version.

I haven't used the new Gnome 3, so unless GDM has changed alot, you should have the option to choose which DE to use.
