I just managed to wrestle an nvidia driver installation out of Fedora Core 3, now I cannot seem to con it into giving me dual headed monitor support. Am I supposed to add other "Screens" to the xorg.conf? The Display settings utility in the systems setting branch of the applications menu does nothing, so I have given up on finding a solution to this in a gui form.

This solution uses TwinView, which isn't quite what I want. Twinview slows performance of the 3d video, by defualt without twinview the card can span the two screens with one desktop, this is what I have done in the past. I just can't seem to coerce thta behavior now, I may try and monkey with the xorg.conf and see what can be made to happen.

sma problem here, it uses both when booting but just before login screen one goes totally red and only monitor 1 shows a screen for the rest of the session
In system I tried to click the dual-head option but that is not saved
