Hi, I'm planning on making the switch from windows to linux over the next few months, (probably FC3), I currently have a wireless network running all d-link kit, and have just bought a new computer (without a wifi card). As the rest of the network is d-link I would like to stick with it and was wondering if anyone had any success with modern d-link pci cards (specifically the DWL-510 and DWL-G520+) as I know FC1 ran find with DWL-520 with little to no messing about.
Cheers

Good choice as the chipsets are most likely the Atheros type.
BTW I have a D-Link DWL-G510 & royally fustrated getting it to work with FC2; could you PM me your steps on how you got it working with FC1 please? Oh yeah I installed FC2 with personal desktop solution.
I'm hoping that someone here can help you out as I'm unable to....however I'm hoping somebody can also help me as well (seperate thread or PM me thanks)
cheers & good luck on the setup ->welcome to the powerful world of Linux. :D
