Hi. I get this error when I launch radiotray
any idea ? I don't understand what's wrong

using gnome-shell

Nooo, I don't think you're doing anything wrong. I just don't think it's going to work. F15 features Gnome 3 which features Gnome Shell ... which features one of the most locked-down, unusable, anally retentive excuses for a user-GUI panel I've ever seen ... including those produced by Microsoft®.

According to what I've read, the panel in Gnome Shell "belongs" to the system, and you ain't allowed to futz with it.

Hey Dan, it doesn't work with AWN instead of gnome-panel. And it used to in F14. :(

I am using two apps that use the tray quite well, though it is in the bottom tray in the right hand corner..

Gmusicbrowser and Grsync are the apps I am using.. I will load this radio tray and try it to help the OP

I was referring to the top panel.


EDIT: Although a little experimentation proves the lower panel to be oblivious to the wishes of the user, also.
