is system-config-network GUI supposed to be gone in F15?

I was running the system-config-network tool in my Fedora 15 Beta copy it's just a text application and misses a lot of the functionality of the old gui tool like you have in Fedora 14. Why is that, is the old tool going away in Fedora 15?
