Plymouth problem

i just had a look in my systemctl logs an i see these 2 arent stated? do they ned to be activated or no?

pcscd.service loaded failed failed LSB: Daemon to access a sm
plymouth-start.service loaded failed failed Show Plymouth Boot Screen]

if so how do i start them?

also im getting scriplet errors during updates, what could be causing this
