Did a preupgrade yesterday to check out the new f15 on my little used netbook. Preupgrade downloaded all packages ok and after reboot a little glitch. No installer image apparently. So I mucked around a little trying this and that. Even tried using a URL to download the install image which succeeded but was cut short by a python error.
Rebooting allows going to be current setup which is f14 which was nice.
Anyone experience similar?

Hi ms1234,
there are many bugs opened for preupgrade... from the TestDay (https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Test_Day:2011-03-17_Preupgrade) seems everyone got some problem.
For me it errors out at the reboot saying it can't decide what NIC to use...
I will wait a couple of weeks before trying again.

preupgrade itself is mostly in okay shape, but there's a couple of bugs causing anaconda to be completely broken atm, should be resolved reasonably soon.

I did a new run of preupgrade and now I noticed before reboot (which I didn't do) that it could not install an image file, secondstep2.img or similar, thus asking for the install image when rebooting.
