Have had this problem with doing updates lately including using the RC1:

Total 362 kB/s | 21 MB 00:58
warning: rpmts_HdrFromFdno: Header V3 RSA/SHA256 Signature, key ID 97a1071f: NOKEY
Retrieving key from file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora-x86_64

The GPG keys listed for the "Fedora 15 - x86_64" repository are already installed but they are not correct for this package.
Check that the correct key URLs are configured for this repository.

Thanks for the help.

Got the same thing when trying to update F15; the GPG keys for Fedora15-i386 are not either.

Edit:

Found a similar topic on French Fedora forum (http://forums.fedora-fr.org/viewtopic.php?id=51444)

The bug is listed here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=678431
mash is there: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/mash-0.5.21-2.fc15
