I installed Win XP on my machine ok, it has its own fat32 partition...
I installed a copy of fedora 1, and it installed ok, but I put the boot loader on the MBR, which messed up windows...
I re-installed the whole lot, and put the GRUB boot loader on the first sector of the /boot partition. I tried to write a floppy disk boot disk, but the install crashed, so I had to start again.
The computer still boots straight into windows, and I can't get GRUB to load...
I am a complete newbie, and have no idea how I go about making my own boot disk?
