Hi all,

I've got a Sony VAIO laptop in which I want to install F14. So I need to boot from my 1GB pendrive. With this size, I can only go for a Live CD. The problem is that I would like to make the package selection I was used to in other computers. As in the Live CD there is no possibility to do such selection,

is there any way to make the software package selection after install?

Thanks.

I'm not sure I understand. You're restricted to booting a live cd via pen drive but you want the same repositories that one would have if they had done a full install?

Why not do the live install and then install the required packages and remove what you don't want.

Four gig drives for $8.00 - 8 gig from $16.00

Maybe an upgrade?

Why not use the net-install cd. That would fit on your pen drive and allow you to choose packages.

You are right! The net-install CD is the solution!

I didn't remember that option... I've been browsing a few mirrors and found it. Thanks!!
