white screen when trying to login to meego netbook session

Hi all,
I thought I'd give F14 a try, especially on my netbook, especially to try the meego spin. After installing meego-netbook and when I log in I just get a white screen.

This is on a Dell Mini 9.

Any ideas?

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but it's basically broken right now. (I wish third party news sites hadn't mentioned Meego so heavily in some of their stories, as it's intentionally not an F14 feature because we knew it wouldn't be ready). A few people, mostly Peter Robinson, are working to try and get it to fly, but right now, yeah, it doesn't work, and there's nothing you can do for the moment that will 'fix' it (unless you have the knowledge and motivation to help with the development work). Sorry about that!

Thanks for the confirmation. I searched through bugzilla after I made my post and saw a number of bugs filed against the meego spin and at least one comment from Peter basically saying he doesn't have the time to commit as much as he wanted to.

Oh well :)

I'd love to be able to contribute from a development standpoint. Hopefully someday I'll have time.
