intel_agp not in Fedora kernel

For the past several months I have attempted to get 3D working in Fedora on my Gateway NV79 without success. I am able to get it to work in Linux Mint, but I don't want to use it.

I have noticed that Mint uses the intel_agp module and Fedora does not. In fact I am not able to find the pre-compiled module in the Fedora kernel. Is there a reason for that?
