user and group commands in FC3

I can't seem to use the old standard commands like addgroup and adduser in FC3T3. Is there some kind of major standards change I don't know about?

Try the "useradd" and userdel" commands.

I tried that, for some reason my console insists it can't find it either by default or in /sbin.
