FC2 Installation prob - Partition Table

I downloaded yesterday the 4 cd's of FC2. I checked the media and It was all passed.
The Installation began and Anaconda informed me that my partition table is messed up. I t continued but after a while it told me that a file is missing. Does anyone knows what's going on?

I had the same problem when installing on an old disk. Since I wasn't planning on having anything else but Fedora on this disk I just ran fdisk and deleted all the partitions. When I went to install again... no more warnings.

I think the problem was with the existing FAT32 partition that was on the old disk.

I don't know if that fits your situation but that is what worked for me.
