update broke Huawei connectivity

Hi all,

I'm under a BIG problem now. I use my laptop to connect to my work VPN.
I need this dongle to be working as you might figure.

I performed a upgrade on my system and now my Huawei device is not recognize and doesn't work anymore. I already tried to rollback but it doesn't work.

I believe this is the update that broke the connection. But doing yum history redo 101 it doesn't wokr just say's failed. Maybe cause the version 0621 is not available anymore.

SO basically what happens is as follows:
1. Connect huawei modem to usb port
2. the it is recognize and asks for the PIN but doesn't matter if I insert it or not ... suddendly it starts reseting itself.

On the other hand, I can see this in the messages file:

If someone can help out I'll be most appreciate.

I disable the pcscd and all working fine now.
