SOAS Checksum failed

I've downloaded liveusb-creator and the education Sugar on a Stick

When clicking to crete liveusb, it says "ISO MD5 checksum verification failed".

How can I check the checksum of my ISO download, and/or fix this problem? I couldn't find the checksum on the SOAS download site.

If you open the download server, for example

http://ftp.df.lth.se/pub/fedora-alt/spins/linux/releases/13/Spins/i686/

you will see the checksum files along with the iso's. Take care to choose the appropriate architecture.

Thanks. I did however download the correct iso when I downloaded it with transmission torrent (although it was slower:p)
