You know its truly amazing the kind of bad things that can happen to *nix systems when you are doing the simplest of things like uninstalling a damned window manager. I had just finished doing some cleanup removing useless window managers like KDE and went to reboot, now Knoppix wont boot at all it gives me some LSR safety lock crap over and over. Now I have blown up Gnome numerous times with fc2 and I have never got this kind of crap. I just don't understand how uninstalling window managers can #### a system so much that I can't even get a CONSOLE! Do any of you?
