I am reinstalling Fedora Cord 2 on my system so that I can start fresh (I'm somewhat new to Linux). I am running on a laptop and wanted to start fresh because I guess I have to recompile the kernal to get the Toshiba powersave features to work.
My question is:
Will reinstalling pose a risk to my dual boot between fedora and XP?
When recompiling the kernel, will I have to modify the boot options at all?
