Advice? Want to install in Fedora13.. Still learning my way around the new to me repo system
Seems I got Git and svn automatically with the developer package,,,

It is in F12 so I would be surprised if it isn't available in F13.
'yum info mercurial' shows it is in the standard F12 updates repo.

Thank you for the reply when I run that on 13 I get:
[tom@tom ~]$ yum info mercurial
Loaded plugins: presto, refresh-packagekit

Trying other mirror.
Error: Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for repository: Dropbox. Please verify its path and try again

so what would be the best way to solve for now?

I don't run F13. The dropbox url you posted in the error msg isn't reachable right now (I just tried).
