preupgrade to fc13 beta rendered the system unusable

hi guys,

I've preupgraded my FC12 to FC13 beta but after completing the upgrade I'm stuck to the boot splash screen, I tried waiting for several minutes for the login page to show up to no avail, is there a way to fix this?

Maybe an admin should put a sticky thread on this...

Meanwhile you can simply press the ESC key while system is booting (when it shows the fedora logo loading) to enter text mode and it should work.

Hi Marvin,

I was able to make it work by pressing the Esc key then work my way in from there, thanks for the pointers though; I was so tired and exhausted yesterday that is why I didn't bother to scour for similar threads.
