Hello
i have recently installed FC2 on my T20 thinkpad and it hangs without any reason...
i had FC1 installed before and it also hanged without reason
...
i mean that there is no generated warning or error in the logs...
Does anybody have an idea what to do????

Have you tried disabling both APM and ACPI? Those two often cause problems with stability (especially laptops). Try disabling first one, then the other and then both as a last resort. Also try doing a memtest86 from a rescue boot (CD1 linux rescue)
