I would like to dissallow a user of mounting the other partitions or hard drives without inputing the root user password.
How can I do this ?

By the way.
I've tryied to edit fstab and mtab, but I can't seem to be able to keep the data permanent. Becasue other process changes the file automaticlly.
Expecially when I mount the partitions from KDE.
How can I do this ?
