I have tried to recreate my USB live system on an 8G USB stick, with 4G persistance.
I have had a couple of problems, I have created a user and am able to login using su, but if I try to login from the gnome login screen I just get the arrow with circling dots for a few seconds before it returns to the login screen. I was able to do this in F11. I normally disable auto-login and delete liveuser, but F12 isn't playing.
Also the 'set root password' option seems to be missing, it was there in Fedora 11.
