Hi there
hope it's the right forum for asking newbie questions about CentOS DS ...
it installed fine so far and I'm currently "just playing" around to get used to is (used gosa a while)
two things catched my attention and I wonder whether you can bring some light into it:
1. When I create a user, let's say "John Doe", the User ID created is automatically JDoe, I expected jdoe (no capital letters). what's the reason for this, Can I change it?
2. staying with that user, when I enable POSIX, it asked me for UID / GID. To be honest, I expected it to prefill this with the next available ID, how should I keep and overview of free / next available ID's in a multi hundred / thousend user system?
