VNC to "xserver 0"

When using KDE you can share your desktop (refered to as :0) in an easy way but for me the cpu load is much higher (~95 % compared to ~3%) compared to when i connect to :1. This makes a big difference i the framerate etc.

Any others who have had experience of this?
