Stuck update.. Solution?

so i just got f12 installed on my laptop . but update is stuck.

--skip-broken worked for me last night and then today I was able to update including proto

the packaging issue is a known bug, btw, and will be fixed. As jongi said, just use --skip-broken to get around it.
