after the boot loader screen System stop and the lighting of (Caps Lock + num Lk) flashing.

I think the solution to perform the update Incomplete , but I could not access the screen of the terminal screen .

I tried by pressing the C, but gives me <grub and when you type su gives me error 27.

What is the solution, and the mode of entry for the terminal.

if your hardware lights are flashing that's a pretty hard crash. do you have any alternative kernel choices at the bootloader menu?

I have a 2 kernel I can't poot from poth
I have a Windows Vusta contact now

This means the hard drive is good
